Kerrville River Trail

The River Trail is a day use 10' wide walking and biking trail for public use, which is an integral part of the city's parks system. It is an approximate 5-mile long trail along the Guadalupe River, with trailheads located at Kerrville-Schreiner Park, G Street, Lehmann & Monroe Park, Louise Hays Park, Riverside Nature Center, Lowry Park, and the Dietert Center.
Boat and bicycle rentals are available at Louise Hays Park and Kerrville-Schreiner Park during peak seasons.
Louise Hays Park

One of the main parks along the Kerrville River Trail is Louise Hays Park. Amenities of this popular park, include: an interactive fountain, playground, restrooms, pavilions and trail heads. There are also numerous picnic areas, parking areas, and a stage with concrete dance slab. Louise Hays Park is home to a variety of special events, such as, Get Outdoors Day, Robert Earl Keen's 4th on the River, and the Kerrville Triathlon Festival.

Visit the free 24.5-acre Sculpture Prayer Garden located at the main entrance of Kerrville, Texas, right on IH-10.
